Assign tasks directly from meetings
Intuitive, easy to use task management is central to Rendezview. Creating tasks as the discussion happens is good, because it means that later anyone can go back and see exactly in what context the task was actioned, what was being discussed etc. Tasks you assign will automatically show up on the dashboards of everyone involved and can then be tracked for progress, and updated, in subsequent meetings.
Deadlines that make sense
Deadlines can be tricky so we reflect that in the way you can schedule your tasks. In Rendezview you don't necessarily have to put hard and fast dates on your tasks unless you want to. Instead you can use flexible date descriptors like 'by the next meeting' which means that if the meeting is moved, so is the deadline.
Track changes
Rendezview supports what is effectively like 'Track Changes' for tasks, meaning that all updates and changes are logged, kept and easily tracked. For every change made, you can add comments to tell others why you moved the deadline, how things are going or why you've just assigned it to someone else. All this makes it much easier to check-up on things later.
Reports and Follow-up
Follow-up meetings make it really easy to review and update tasks from previous meetings. When you create a follow-up to a previous meeting we automatically add all your unfinished tasks to the new one. Before the meeting we'll provide a list of the tasks that you need to discuss so everyone can prepare, and during the meeting we give you a stop-light type reminder for you to cover these. After the meeting you get a status report, showing any changes made during the meeting. Great for status meetings, this means that the 'previous actions' part of your agenda is done for you.
